Hello Parents,
By now, your children have learned the steps for all to the dances that they will be performing at the Mad Hot Ball, which is coming up in two short weeks! That is only two more reviews with Miss Tina, and two more reviews with me.
This week the students will be signing up to compete if they wish. They have been informed that if they sign up for a competition they are expected to show up so they don't disappoint their partner. The students sign up individually and Miss Tina and I will pair them up when she is at each building; East Gloucester on Thursday afternoons, Plum Cove on Friday mornings. After they are paired up for competing, they will focus mainly on the dance they are signed up for, so they can become more comfortable with it.
There will be one final letter going home tomorrow about the Mad Hot Ball. There is a lot of information on it, including a dress code and an order form for tickets and a DVD. This form is due this Thursday, April 27th, 2017. Students who are not competing are still encouraged to attend the Ball! I will attach a copy of the letter in case you need one. Please contact me if you have any questions, I am reachable by email.
I am very excited to see how well the students perform at the Mad Hot Ball. Thank you for supporting your child throughout this process, I will see you on Sunday, May 7th at the Ball!
